Welcome to the Door County Property Sentinel website (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (the “Terms”). The Site is operated by Door County Property Sentinel (“we,” “us,” or “our”), a property‑management company providing leasing, tenant‑screening, maintenance coordination, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Door County. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The relationship between you and Door County Property Sentinel shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Door County, Wisconsin.
